We also collect limited information automatically when you visit the site, including device type, browser, approximate geographic region (derived from IP address), pages viewed, and referring URL. This information is used in aggregated form to improve the site and diagnose technical issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the quote request form is used to:

• Route your request to one or more independent accredited calibration providers capable of performing the requested service in your geographic area;
• Enable those providers to contact you by phone, email, or text message to deliver a quote, confirm service details, and schedule calibration;

3. Who We Share Information With

We share the information you submit with the following categories of recipients:

• Independent calibration providers — the third-party accredited laboratories that review and respond to your quote request. These providers operate under their own privacy policies once your information is received, and they are contractually required to use the information only for the purpose of responding to your request;
• Service vendors that support site hosting, form processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, and analytics, each of which processes information only on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards;
• Legal and regulatory recipients when required by subpoena, court order, or other applicable law, or where necessary to investigate suspected fraud or violations of the Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Quote request submissions and associated consent records are retained for as long as necessary to (a) respond to the request and any follow-up communications, (b) meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and (c) resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Typical retention is three (3) to seven (7) years from the date of submission, after which records are deleted or de-identified. Aggregated analytics data that does not identify any individual may be retained indefinitely.
